Tires Plus

I would like to recognize Anthony, Service Mgr, and Arlo, Technician, at Plaza Blvd Lancaster PA location. We had a nail in the sidewall of a rental car tire, 9 hours from home. Both guys were so helpful and accommodating to us. They even stayed beyond closing time to take care of us! We cannot thank them enough for their care.

So I called tires plus and Anthony answered. I explained the situation and he guided me through the process of changing a flat tire to my spare. When I got there he was very generous offering a few discounts and laying out my options and getting me reasonable prices. There was a second gentleman there who talked to me throughout the change and was in general moral support through the hard time. I forget his name but he was tall, skinny and had colored hair and his name started with an N. I'm sorry in advance!

I have been servicing my vehicle(s) at this location for many years. The service is always top notch! I live out of state, but still return here for all major repair/replacement work. Recently, I recommended my Dad here for new tires and this location did not disappoint, as always. Thank you for all of your work, Anthony and Jairo!!

Went in to have tire replaced on my vehicle. Was helped by Anthony (Service advisor manager) He was very professional and courteous in helping me. As well Nijon who is one of the service advisor was also very helpful! I plan to continue coming here to have my car serviced. Very clean location as well!

Being a single mom to 2 boys it’s hard getting your car fixed but here at tire plus they made me feel knowledgeable and gave me the best price for all 4 tires. They were patient with me and informed me on everything I needed. I am definitely going back for everything I need and I highly recommend them. Best service ever!!!!!
